Design Matters, Interactive Installation in the Israel Museum

Exhibition Installation and design of an immerse interactive structure, hosting hundreds of design pieces from the museums design and architecture archive.  Out of more than 10,000 objects, the exhibition illuminates the narratives inside an archival collection through the use of a custom made lighting system and an interactive ‘DJ’ table. The visitors are encouraged to highlight the installation to unwrap the complex connections, and coincidences behind the collection and emphasizes its variety. you can view mass produced consumer products such as iPods or soy-sauce bottles to unique objects by renowned artist as Frederick Kiesler or designer Ettore Sottsass. The Installation design was done using parametric software and mass 3d models to reach a tailored fully interactive mass sculpture.
