Living Memory

Yad Vashem Collections Between Past and Future

Exhibition Design of more than 400 pieces from the collections of Yad Vashem including artworks, documents, photographs and testimonies. The exhibition provides a unique glimpse into the depths of the Yad Vashem Collections and the ongoing endeavors to discover the identities and the stories behind the rare items that have been collected over the years.

The Design of the exhibitions invites the visitors to reflection on the idea of a living memory through artifacts and shoecases the preservation and shaping of a Holocaust memory.

The exhibition takes the viewer on a journey through three layers of memory: documentation in real time, testimony and commemoration after the Shoah, and the creation of a visual language that has become an integral part of our collective memory.
